These baby mountain mittens are made from 80% pure merino wool and are made entirely in New Zealand. They are our thickest, cosiest mittens perfect for those extra chilly mornings when the temperatures dip into the coolest temperatures.
These mittens are perfect for keeping little hands warm when on the mountain, in the snow or simply exploring playgrounds and parks during winter.
They feature a knitted cuff to help keep the mitten on little wrists - there is no elastic to cut into little wrists.
Kind on skin
Merino wool is loved worldwide for its hypoallergenic properties. It is renowned for being especially gentle on skin. Despite what you think, merino doesn't scratch, itch or irritate skin. It is said to better for young skin than wearing cotton.
Kind to the environment
Our products are made in NZ from 100% NZ or Australian merino wool. Our small batch production process causes minimal waste (and what can be recycled is). All our items are made to exceptionally high quality standards. With the right care, they will last for years.
